Your account closes immediately. Any remaining balance is returned to your payment method within 3–5 business days. Your account history remains accessible for 12 months for dispute purposes. After that, we retain records for legal compliance only.

Yes. All four payment methods follow identical account terms, fee structures and dispute resolution rules. The only difference is the payment processor handling the transaction. Your account experience is the same regardless of which method you choose.

You can update your email, phone number and password anytime in Account Settings. Your payment method can be changed or added in the Payment section. Some details like your ID number cannot be changed once verified for security reasons.

Open a dispute in your account under Transactions > Dispute. Provide details about what went wrong. Our team investigates within 48 hours and contacts you with findings. If we confirm an error, we reverse the transaction and return funds to your account.

These terms apply from the moment you open your account until you close it. If we update the terms, we notify you 14 days in advance via email and in-app message. You can review the changes and accept or close your account before the update takes effect.

Yes. You can set daily, weekly or monthly Deposit references, session time limits and Account closure windows in Account Settings > Controls. These limits are optional and can be adjusted or removed anytime, subject to a 24-hour waiting period for increases.
